Sheri Edison possesses extensive experience in legal and governance roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Non Executive Board Member at Union Pacific Railroad and Cardinal Health, Sheri previously held similar board positions at American Family Insurance and AK Steel Corporation. As General Counsel at Amcor plc, responsibilities included oversight of global legal, compliance, and governance matters. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Secretary at Bemis Company, Inc., overseeing global legal and compliance affairs, and as Senior Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer at Hill-Rom, managing critical operational functions. Sheri Edison is an alumna of Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, holding a Juris Doctor degree, and the University of Southern California, with a Bachelor of Arts in History/Journalism.
