Stephanie Ludwig

Stephanie Ludwig is a highly experienced legal professional with a robust background in paralegal roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Paralegal in Intellectual Property at Cardinal Health, Inc. since May 2008, Stephanie manages a substantial U.S. intellectual property portfolio. Previously, in the Corporate & Securities department at Cardinal Health, Stephanie oversaw corporate governance for over 200 subsidiaries and facilitated complex corporate transactions, while also training junior paralegals. Earlier experience includes a position as a Corporate Paralegal at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, where Stephanie prepared documentation for company formations and managed trademark and patent portfolios. Stephanie's career began in 1985 at American Multi Cinema, Inc. as General Manager, followed by roles as Loan Closer and Title Examiner at Netco Title. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and a Certificate from Capital University Law School’s Paralegal Program.
