Sandeep Kumar

Sandeep Kumar has been working in the IT industry for over three years. Sandeep started their career as an IT Recruitment Specialist with Cardinal Technology Solutions. Sandeep was responsible for sourcing IT professionals across the US through direct phone sourcing, networking, referrals, and expanded Internet sourcing using Job Portals. Sandeep was also responsible for screening and short-listing candidates in accordance with the client’s resource requirements.

In June 2018, Kumar joined Cardinal Integrated as a QA Lead. In this role, they are responsible for leading a team of Quality Assurance Engineers and testers in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Sandeep is also responsible for developing and executing test plans, writing test cases, and reporting defects.

Sandeep Kumar has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing/Marketing Management from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.
