Kimberly Miller, CMCA, AMS, ACoM, is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as a Senior Portfolio Manager in the High Rise Division at Cardinal Management Group, Inc. since October 2019, Kimberly has previously held roles such as Asset Manager at CAPITAL PROPERTIES SERVICES, LLC, where management of a luxury asset portfolio was a key responsibility. Past positions include Portfolio Manager at The JBG Companies, overseeing a dynamic portfolio of properties, and Association/Portfolio Manager at Koger/Tri-State Management, specializing in revitalizing under-performing communities. Kimberly has also managed residential properties across various Texas cities and has foundational experience as a Property Manager with Equity Residential Properties Trust.
