Marc Fave Reyes, LSSYB, currently serves as a Customer Support Professional at CMG, where responsibilities include facilitating communication and managing operations for 12 Homeowners Associations (HOAs), contributing to homeowner satisfaction. Previously, Marc spent nearly a decade at Alorica, first as an Operations Manager overseeing team efficiency and process improvement, and then as both a Customer Service Lead and Ambassador, excelling in customer experience across various sectors. Marc holds a degree in Nutrition and Food Technology from the Technological University of the Philippines, completed in March 2011.
