Nancy Martin has extensive experience in strategic planning and policy development within the social services sector, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Planning at Cardinal McCloskey Community Services since July 2012. Prior to this role, Nancy held the position of Associate Commissioner at the NYC Administration for Children's Services from August 1999 to June 2012 and worked as the Manager of Revenue Operations at the MA Department of Social Services from June 1996 to July 1999. Earlier in their career, Nancy was a Research Analyst at Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago from May 1995 to June 1996. Academically, Nancy holds a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Social Welfare Policy from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Brown University, graduating Magna Cum Laude and being inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
