Patty Polczynski

Patty Polczynski has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as the Program Advisor for the Masters in Educational Leadership Program and Faculty Liaison for the Principals' Center at Cardinal Stritch University since August 2014. Concurrently, Patty holds the position of Field Representative at the Association of Wisconsin School Administrators. Previously, Patty was principal at Hamilton School District from July 1996 to June 2014 and served on the Executive Board of the Association of Wisconsin School Administrators from June 2006 to 2013, including a term as President from June 2011 to June 2012. Additional roles include Associate Principal at Templeton Middle School and various positions within Milwaukee Public Schools, focusing on learning coordination and specialty program implementation. Patty's academic credentials include multiple degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, including a Master of Arts in K-12 Director of Instruction and K-12 Administration, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and Teaching.
