Cardinal Stritch University
Zebadiah Hall is an accomplished academic and administrative leader currently serving as the Vice President for Inclusion, Access, and Belonging at Salisbury University since July 2024. Hall has extensive experience in higher education, having previously held the position of Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion at the University of Wyoming from December 2022 to July 2024, and serving as Director of Student Disability Services at Cornell University from June 2019 to December 2022. Additionally, Hall directed the Access and Accommodations Resource Center at Valparaiso University between December 2013 and 2018. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership for the Advancement of Learning and Service in Higher Education from Cardinal Stritch University, Hall also holds an MBA in Applied Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
