Sam Malhotra

Sam Malhotra is currently an advisor at Cardinality.ai, but they have held many positions throughout their long and successful career. Sam started out as a programmer at Applied Management Systems from January 1982 to December 1984. Sam then became an analyst at EDS from January 1984 to December 1986. After that, they were the CEO and founder of Subsystem Technologies from October 1997 to February 2015. Subsystem Technologies is a professional services company in information technology, engineering, and manufacturing. They also do information security and enterprise program management support for the federal government. The company has been very successful and has received many awards, including the Inc 500, Deloitte & Touche 500, and Washington Technology FAST 50. From July 2016 to August 2017, Malhotra served as the Chief of Staff for the Office of Maryland Governor Larry Hogan. And from November 2014 to June 2016, they were the Secretary for the Maryland Department of Human Services. Sam has also been a board member for CEF from January 2010 to December 2011. Malhotra's long and varied career has been marked by success and they show no signs of slowing down anytime soon.

Sam Malhotra has a Masters in Executive Leadership from Georgetown University, a OPM 26 from Harvard Business School, and a BA in Economics and Finance from the University of Maryland.
