Cardio Plein Air
Julia Harnasi is a skilled Pilates and fitness instructor with extensive experience in leading group and private Pilates sessions, currently employed at Extention-Pilates.ca since February 2015. Additionally, Julia has served as an outdoor training coach at Cardio Plein Air inc. since March 2011 and was a group class instructor at Énergie Cardio from September 2010 to June 2011. Julia's educational background includes training in the Ann McMillan Pilates method from 2014 to 2015 and a coaching certification from Cardio Plein Air completed between 2011 and 2015. Ongoing education includes instruction in Aerobic Dance through FIDA since 2010.
