Kenny McKay has an extensive work experience in the medical industry. Kenny started their career at AstraZeneca as a Hospital Sales Specialist, where they achieved significant sales growth for three blockbuster drugs and collaborated with the pharmacy team to optimize community prescribing opportunities.

Following this role, Kenny joined Boston Scientific as a CRM Principal Territory Manager, responsible for securing market share and purchase orders for the CRM product portfolio in key London hospitals. Kenny received recognition as a 2010 Presidents Club winner and represented the UK in the Meet the Masters global advocacy development program.

Kenny worked on innovative customer partnership programs, reference center development, and advocacy initiatives.

In 2020, Kenny joined Getinge as a Senior Territory Manager, South UK, where they managed the southern region's sales operations for the company.

Currently, Kenny McKay is working at CardioFocus as the UK Business Development Manager. In this role, they aim to grow awareness and use of the Heartlight 3 ablation system within the UK Electrophysiology community. The Heartlight X3 system combines visualization, inflated balloon, laser energy, and RAPID mode for safe and effective pulmonary vein isolation in AFib treatment.

Kenny McKay attended the University of Brighton from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leisure Policy and Administration.
