Crystal Martin, MHA, has extensive experience in healthcare operations, currently serving as the Director of Operations and previously as Practice Manager at Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia since May 2018. Responsibilities include managing multiple clinical offices with over 80 employees and 19 physicians, overseeing electronic medical records, developing and refining workflows, ensuring compliance, and providing HR support. Prior roles include Senior Account Manager at Continuum Health Alliance, Practice Manager at Main Line Health, and various management positions at Einstein Healthcare Network. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University and both a Master of Health Administration and a Master of Science in Health Administration from Saint Joseph's University.
