Hans Emil Hiorth

Hans Emil Hiorth has a diverse work experience. Hans Emil began their career in 2015 with the Norwegian Armed Forces, where they served as a Long Range Reconnaissance Patrol. In 2017, they became a Mechanical Engineering Consultant at Kai Concepts, LLC. Currently, they are a Development Engineer at CardioMech AS, pushing the boundaries of transcatheter heart surgery and developing a fully percutaneous catheter-based therapy for the placement of artificial chord(s) to eliminate MR as an alternative to surgical mitral valve repair.

Hans Emil Hiorth studied Mechanical Engineering at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
