Garland Goins Jr.

Garland Goins Jr. is an accomplished professional in the field of revenue cycle management, currently serving as Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at CardioOne since December 2024. Prior to this role, Garland held similar positions at Avance Care and Duke University Health System, where significant contributions were made to revenue integrity and management processes. Garland's early career includes directorial and managerial roles at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and UNC Health Care, respectively, along with ownership of Goins Transportation LLC. Garland began professional endeavors as a Financial Analyst at GE Capital. Garland holds a Master of Business Administration in Management Finance from the Else School of Management and a Bachelor's degree from Xavier University of Louisiana, complemented by education from Caddo Parish Magnet High School.
