Rosanne Aguilar

Rosanne Aguilar, BSN, RN, currently serves as the Director of Surgical Services at a hospital since October 2024. Prior to this role, Rosanne was the Regional Practice Manager at CardioOne from February 2023 to October 2024, focusing on business development within a physician-centric organization. Rosanne's experience also includes serving as a Patient Safety Specialist at Memorial Hermann Health System and holding a senior managerial position in patient experience at Synthesis Health. Previously, Rosanne worked as a Registered Nurse III in Surgical Services at Memorial Hermann Health System for nearly five years. Rosanne gained recognition as Miss New Mexico USA 2010 from the Miss Universe Organization. Rosanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at El Paso and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the same institution.
