Terri "Nikki" Usey has extensive experience in the healthcare and customer service industries, currently serving as a Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA) at HeartPlace since August 2019. Previously, Usey worked as a Benefits Service Representative at TBX Employee Benefits, where responsibilities included providing customer support and training. Additional roles include Medical Records Specialist at Mounir Mekhail and Insurance Specialist at Metroplex Women’s Care, both focusing on insurance verification, patient scheduling, and financial transactions. Earlier career positions as a Medical Assistant involved direct patient care and office management. Usey holds an educational background from High Tech Institute and Lakeview Centennial High School.
