Michael Valentino

Michael Valentino is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment strategy development. Currently serving as a Recruiter for both Fidelity Payment Services and Cardknox, Michael has focused on enhancing recruitment processes and building candidate pipelines, as well as implementing recruitment marketing initiatives. Previous roles include recruiting for On-Board Companies, where Michael developed relationships with clients and built candidate pipelines, and The Arc Mercer, where efforts were made to strengthen recruitment processes for the developmentally disabled community. At Kiely Family of Companies, Michael acted as Lead Recruiter for 18 companies, ensuring quality candidate placements. A former Senior Talent Advisor with People Science, Michael successfully coached and trained teams in meeting recruitment goals and played a key role in recruitment outsourcing projects. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Monmouth University.
