Ailien Phan, CRCM, CAMS, has extensive experience in compliance roles within the financial industry. Currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer at Cardless, Ailien has held similar leadership positions at Robinhood, specifically for Robinhood Money, and Avant, where responsibilities included overseeing compliance programs and BSA operations. Additionally, Ailien has contributed to compliance efforts at Zero, ascending through roles from SVP to EVP and ultimately serving as Chief Compliance Officer and BSA/AML Officer.
