Jon Francis serves as the Chief Data and Analytics Officer at General Motors since July 2022 and holds a position on the Board of Directors at Cardlytics since January 2024. Previously, Jon worked as an Industry Advisor at Squark and was the Head of Global Analytics and Decision Sciences at PayPal. Jon spent over six years at Starbucks, holding various roles including Chief Digital and Analytics Officer and Chief Analytics Officer. Jon's earlier experience includes significant positions at Alpine Data Labs, Nike, T-Mobile, and Microsoft Health Solutions Group. Jon earned a Master of Science in Statistics from Oregon State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Math and Statistics from St. Olaf College.
