Rafael Polanco Coste

Rafael Polanco Coste currently serves as Vicepresidente de Servicios y Mejora Continua at Consorcio Dom, de Tarjetas (CardNET) since September 2005, overseeing key areas including Services, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, Human Resources, and Customer Experience. Prior to this role, Rafael held the position of Gerente Nacional Operaciones y Servicio at Aster Comunicaciones from 2002 to 2005 and served as Gerente de Servicios at Banco Popular Dominicano from 1998 to 2002. Rafael's educational background includes a Postgraduate Degree in General Management and Strategy from Barna Management School, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, both from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo, where an Engineer’s Degree in Industrial Engineering was also obtained.
