Brunilda Daja, PM

Brunilda Daja has a diverse work experience in various roles. In their most recent position at CARDO AI as an Agile/Technical Business Analyst, they collaborate with stakeholders to translate product visions into detailed technical requirements. They analyze third-party integrations and provide support to developers. Prior to this, at Communication Progress, Brunilda worked as a Business Analyst and Project Manager, interacting with customers and improving micro-finance processes. They conducted in-depth analysis and added features that decreased business operations time. In their earlier role at General Directorate of Taxes, Brunilda was an IT Analyst/Quality Assurance Deliverables and later served as an Assistant Project Manager. They worked with cross-functional teams, provided training and support for the e-tax platform, and managed communication between departments and external providers.

Brunilda Daja, PM, completed their education starting in 2007 at the Universiteti Politeknik i Tiranës, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering in 2012. Brunilda then pursued further studies at the European University of Tirana from 2015 to 2017, earning a Master's degree in Applied Computing with a focus on Database.

In addition to their formal education, Brunilda has obtained several certifications in various fields.
