Xheni Rustemi

Xheni Rustemi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple positions and industries. From 2015 to 2017, Xheni volunteered at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economy, working on projects and motivating others to get involved in fundraising events. In 2017, Xheni worked as a Sales Representative and Trainer at Green Life Albania, where they developed sales and targeting strategies, managed sales teams, and conducted employee surveys. Later that year, Xheni became a Sales Manager at Schwarzkopf Professional Albania, responsible for meeting sales targets, building customer relationships, and identifying emerging markets. In 2018, Xheni joined Green Life Albania again, this time as a Trainer, increasing productivity by teaching new skills to employees. In 2019, Xheni worked as an Audit Assistant to Administrative Staff at the University of Tirana, providing administrative support and managing office tasks. Starting in 2019, Xheni also held the role of Information Technology Business Analyst at Helius Systems, where they analyzed business problems and participated in project teams. Most recently, in 2020, Xheni became a Business Development Representative at Gutenberg Technology, expanding the company's customer base and booking meetings for the sales team. In 2022, Xheni joined CARDO AI as a Business Analyst.

Xheni Rustemi completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Tirana, from the academic year 2014 to 2017. After that, they pursued a Master of Science - MS in Finance, General from the same university, from 2018 to 2021.
