David Alani

David Alani has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. David started their career in 1998 as a Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager at KeyBank, Private Banking & Investing. David then moved on to AMLI Residential Properties Trust in 2001 as a Managing Director, where they focused on developing capital source relationships in the Middle East for joint venture investments in luxury apartment communities. In 2002, David joined Real Estate Capital Associates, LLC as a Managing Director, where they directed day-to-day operations and facilitated commercial debt structures for real estate and specialty physician groups. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at Behringer Harvard as a Managing Director, sourcing and maintaining capital source relationships with a focus on sovereign wealth funds and institutional investors. Most recently, David served as the Director of Corporate Finance at CarDon & Associates starting in 2016, where they managed banking relationships and reviewed purchase agreements for senior housing facilities.

David Alani attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1981 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Real Estate, and Arabic.
