Daniel Vincer

Daniel Vincer is an experienced accounting and financial analyst currently working at Cardone Capital since March 2021, focusing on fund accounting for REIT and real estate private equity funds, preparing financial statements, creating waterfalls, and conducting financial reporting and investor presentations. Prior to this role, Daniel served as a Financial Analyst FP&A at The GEO Group, Inc., from January 2018 to February 2021, where responsibilities included budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive analysis across various business lines. Daniel also held the position of Treasury Accountant at The GEO Group, responsible for posting treasury journal entries and reconciling cash accounts. Earlier in their career, Daniel was a Physics Teacher at Nova High School from August 2013 to June 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University, a B.S. in Biology from Florida Atlantic University, and certifications in Budgeting and Forecasting and FP&A Cashflow Forecasting from the Corporate Finance Institute.
