Ivette Ugalde

Ivette Stevens (Ugalde) is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager and Manager of Corporate HR & Talent Development at Cardone Industries since July 2021. In this role, strategic direction and support are provided to senior and mid-level leaders across various corporate functions, with responsibilities encompassing compensation and benefits, employee relations, workforce planning, and leadership development.
