Jorge Rodríguez Ordóñez serves as the Head of M&A at Cardumen Capital since March 2024, overseeing investment strategies for a global venture capital firm with €250M in Assets Under Management. Active in the Nova Talent network since January 2020, Jorge's experience includes strategic planning and M&A execution at SENER from February 2020 to August 2021, where responsibilities included M&A execution and financial analysis. Educational qualifications include a degree in Energy and Mining Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a postgraduate program from Heriot-Watt University.
