Charlotte Newman

Charlotte (Charlie) Newman currently serves as the Chief Business Officer at Cardurion Pharmaceuticals, a position held since January 2025. Before this role, Charlotte was the Chief Business Officer at Agios Pharmaceuticals from April 2018 to January 2025, and also held positions including Senior Vice President of Portfolio Leadership and Vice President of Rare Disease Portfolio Leader during that tenure. Prior experience includes Vice President roles at Biogen from June 2011 to October 2019, and earlier positions at Biogen Idec, PROVENSIS LIMITED, and Searle, Division of Monsanto. Charlotte holds a BSc. Hons in Animal Physiology from the University of Leicester, where studies were completed from 1995 to 1998.
