Donatella Marchesi

Donatella Marchesi serves as Assistant Vice President at CardWorks since June 2017, overseeing the Written Complaint Department and facilitating communication between upper management and associates to achieve corporate goals. Previously, Donatella was the Director of Executive Complaints at CardWorks Services, Inc. from January 2016 to June 2017, and an Executive Office Advisor at Chase Auto Finance from January 2011 to December 2015, where responsibilities included approving research, providing coaching, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Donatella also has a substantial background in education, having taught Italian language and culture as an Adjunct Lecturer at Hofstra University from January 1991 to December 2015, and as an Italian Language Instructor at Queensborough Community College and Nassau Community College from January 1989 to January 1992. Donatella holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s Degree in French Literature from Queens College.
