Virginia Fitt

Virginia Fitt currently serves as General Counsel at Care Access, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Virginia was the Head of Legal and Compliance for North America at Bavarian Nordic from November 2023 to April 2025, overseeing legal matters and compliance for a range of vaccines. Virginia's experience includes significant positions at ChemoCentryx as General Counsel and head of legal and compliance, where responsibilities included establishing compliance programs and supporting commercialization efforts. Additional legal roles at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, GSK, and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP provided diverse legal expertise in commercial law, compliance, and litigation. Virginia holds a J.D., cum laude, from Duke University School of Law and a B.A. in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
