Alex Berenson

Alex Berenson has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Alex started their career as a Consultant at Towers Perrin in 1998 and worked there until the end of the year. Alex then transitioned to a role as an SAP HCM Consultant at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer in 1999.

In 2000, Alex joined Sanofi-Aventis as the Director of Global HRIS, a position they held until 2006. Alex then moved on to Deloitte Consulting, where they worked as an SAP HCM Consulting Manager from 2006 to 2007.

After their time at Deloitte, Alex joined SAP Consulting Job as a Senior SAP HCM Consultant, where they led various projects related to PA/OM ESS/MSS ECM and e-Recruiting from 2007 to 2009.

From 2009 to 2010, they worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions as the SAP HCM Practice Head, NA. In this role, they led the North America SAP HCM Practice and was responsible for sales pursuits, resource planning, and recruitment.

Alex then joined Teva Pharmaceuticals in 2010 as the Sr. Director of IT for HR, Corporate and Legal. During their tenure, they led the successful implementation of a global multi-system ERP GoLive and spearheaded the transformation and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integrated with Oracle and SAP FI/CO. Alex held this position until 2017.

After leaving Teva Pharmaceuticals, Alex worked as an Independent Senior SAP HR and Finance Program Management Consultant at DowDuPont from March 2018 to September 2018.

Currently, Alex serves as the CEO of Care and Help Home Care since January 2018.

Alex Berenson holds an MBA in E-Business from Temple University, which they earned from 2005 to 2008. Alex also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Actuarial Science from Temple University, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997.
