Jade Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Jade is currently working as an Impact and Learning Lead at CARE Australia since October 2022. Before that, they were a PhD Candidate in Anthropology at the College of Arts & Social Sciences Australian National University starting from April 2019.

Jade also held positions at Justice Centre Hong Kong, where they served as Head of Research from January 2018 to January 2020, and as an Anti-Human Trafficking Coordinator from May 2016 to December 2017. Jade was also a Researcher at Justice Centre Hong Kong from November 2014 to April 2016.

Jade Anderson completed a Masters in Applied Anthropology and Participatory Development from The Australian National University from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of International and Community Development from Deakin University in 2006. Their undergraduate degree, earned from the University of Melbourne between 1997 and 2000, was a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with a focus on Political Science and Government and English Literature.
