Keri Solaris possesses a diverse background in customer service and administrative support across various roles. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Representative at CARE | Charlotte Animal Referral & Emergency since March 2020, Keri has previously worked as a Writing Assistant at Avery MarCom, Inc., where responsibilities included proofreading, editing, and creating content for clients. Experience at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte included roles as the Popp Martin Student Union & Cone University Center Building Manager and Information Center Specialist, emphasizing leadership and customer relations. Keri's early career featured roles as a Bank Teller at BB&T, ensuring high-quality client service, and a Crew Member at Bojangles' Restaurants, maintaining customer service during peak operations. Keri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, earned in 2019.

Charlotte Animal Referral & Emergency (CARE) is a state-of-the-art veterinary facility in Charlotte offering 24/7 emergency care and board-certified specialty care. We see specialty appointments by referral from your primary veterinarian and are open and staffed for emergencies 365 days a year. Board-certified specialty services offered include internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, surgery, oncology and ophthalmology. Our advanced diagnostic services include ultrasonography and echocardiography, endoscopy, non-invasive surgical procedures, rapid-scan CT imaging, and high-field MRI, in addition to many others. At CARE, we strive to be the Charlotte region’s leader in advanced veterinary care.
