Chrissi Antilus

Chrissi Antilus has extensive experience in managing provider network partnerships, currently serving as Senior Director at Care.com since January 2013. With a focus on developing sales pipelines and overseeing the entire sales cycle, Chrissi has successfully led contract negotiations, partner on-boarding, and process improvements. Previous roles at Care.com include Director and Senior Manager of Provider Network Partnerships. Prior to that, Chrissi worked as a Nanny Placements and Recruitment Specialist at Parents in a Pinch, providing caregiver support and recruitment services. Additional experience includes serving as a librarian and educator within the Boston Public Schools system and directing an after-school program in Wellesley, MA. Chrissi holds a Master of Education degree from Cambridge College and a Bachelor’s degree in Childhood Studies from Plymouth State University.
