Pete Mongelli

Pete Mongelli is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic marketing and customer engagement. Currently serving as Marketing Director at Care.com since March 2022, Pete successfully led initiatives that resulted in the organization's most successful CRM campaign, surpassing benchmarks significantly. Previously, Pete held various roles at Iris, including Senior Account Manager, where strategies were developed for loyalty programs across multiple industries. Additional experience includes managing web strategy at Upromise Investments, as well as photography and web consulting since 2005. Pete holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Providence College and is pursuing an MBA at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
