Rashid Tuweiq is currently the VP of Finance at Care.com. Prior to this role, Rashid held the position of VP Corporate Development / Mergers & Acquisitions at ViacomCBS, where Rashid was responsible for acquisitions, equity investments, joint ventures, divestitures, and strategic partnerships across the company's portfolio of media brands worldwide. Rashid also has experience working as a Director in TMT M&A at Perella Weinberg Partners and as an Investment Associate at Capital Guidance. Rashid holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
