Shane Crandall

Shane Crandall is an experienced talent acquisition leader, currently serving as Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition and Head of Talent at Care.com since January 2021. In this role, Shane built and led a specialized Technical Talent Acquisition team and restructured the recruitment model to enhance customer and candidate focus. Previous experience includes Managing Director at New Era Consulting, where Shane established the organization and developed relationships with partners and service providers.
