Lisa Berard

Lisa has an MBA with dual concentrations in Marketing and HR Leadership with 13 years of executive leadership experience in not-for-profit human service agencies. For seven years prior to joining Care Compass Network in mid-2017, she was the Deputy Executive Director with Chenango County ARC located in Norwich, NY. Additionally, Lisa was the Executive Director of a Big Brother Big Sister agency serving Chenango County until returning to graduate school to pursue her MBA. She has also worked in the pharmaceutical field as a professional sales representative for Merck & Co., Inc covering primary care and specialist practices within the Southern Tier.

Lisa’s role with Chenango ARC allowed her the opportunity to become familiar with the DSRIP initiative from the time of the earliest formative meetings. She is interested in continuing to hone skills that might be of value and service to all partner organizations. Lisa has completed a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt in Healthcare course certificate through Binghamton University.
