Mark Ropiecki

n June 2016, Mr. Ropiecki was appointed to the role of Executive Director, following the completion of Care Compass Network's new company structure establishment. Mr. Ropiecki has been instrumental in convening and collaborating with hospital systems and community-based leaders throughout a nine-county region. He has overseen the development of healthcare reform implementation and has been a catalyst for innovative funding programs that support community-led initiatives to expand access to quality healthcare for the community.

Prior to CCN, Mr. Ropiecki was a member of the Deloitte & Touché Healthcare Advisory Practice where he spent over 8 years providing Internal Audit Transformation services to hospitals and health systems across the east coast and was responsible for managing all phases of the internal audit function. He has extensive knowledge and experience with points of transition in hospital workflows, operations, administration, compliance, and governance. Mr. Ropiecki received a Bachelor’s degree in Cellular/Molecular Biology from Binghamton University and is a certified Project Management Professional.
