Cindy Mai

Cindy Mai currently serves as the General Manager of Strategy & Delivery at Care Connect, overseeing the company's strategic functions and driving key projects and business improvements since October 2023. Previously, Cindy held several leadership roles at Australian Unity Wealth, including Head of Customer Experience and Service and Head of Retail Operations & Project Delivery, where responsibilities encompassed vendor management, client services, and operational performance. Prior to this, positions at Mercer Australia included Principal, Operations Leader for AUS/NZ, and National Operations Manager for Mercer Super Trust, managing substantial teams and administration services. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance & Investments from the University of Melbourne.
