Jeff Guthrie

Jeff Guthrie has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Jeff is currently working as an Innovation Delivery Lead at Care Connect - Community Care Provider, where they focus on spearheading AI innovation and application, particularly generative AI and efficient technology integration. Prior to this, Jeff held the role of Agile Delivery Lead at Care Connect - Community Care Provider.

Before joining Care Connect, they worked at BANXA as a Delivery Lead, responsible for uplifting the delivery capability and implementing agile processes for the Payment and Consumer teams. However, this role was made redundant due to the Crypto market.

Jeff's previous experience includes working at Movember as a Product Delivery Lead, leading a world-class agile dev team and contributing to the development of a fun and engaging supporter experience. Jeff also worked as a Business Analyst at Movember, supporting ongoing improvements to the Movember website, native Android, and iOS mobile apps.

Prior to Movember, Jeff worked at Sportsbet.com.au in various roles, including UX Lead, Marketing Technology, and Conversion Manager, and Web Analytics Manager. In these positions, they managed teams responsible for marketing technology, project delivery, conversion optimization, and web analytics.

Jeff's earlier work experience includes roles at World Vision Australia and World Vision, where they served as a Development Manager, Web Developer, and Flash Developer/Designer. At World Vision, they played a significant role in implementing agile practices and contributed to the development of various web projects.

Before their time at World Vision, Jeff worked as a Developer at Net Tech Inc.

Jeff Guthrie completed the Essentials of Product Management course at Brainmates in 2016 and the Human Centred Design Course at Huddle in the same year. Prior to that, in 2001, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree from Pierce Community College. Jeff also holds certifications, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery with GitLab from LinkedIn in 2022 and Developing Blockchain Strategy from RMIT University in the same year. Jeff has various certifications in blockchain technology from Blockchain & Digital Assets Pty Ltd, including the Advanced Series - Workshop 1, Beginner Series Intensive, Intermediate Series - Workshop 1, and Intermediate Series - Workshop 3, all obtained in 2021. Jeff also holds the Certified ICAgile Professional certification, obtained in 2012 from ICAgile.
