Jenny Maude

Jenny Maude is an experienced social worker and care manager with a strong background in aged care, mental health, and case management. Currently working as a Care Manager at Care Connect since November 2020, Jenny specializes in strength-based assessments and case management for adults with chronic mental health conditions. Prior experience includes roles as a Case Management Specialist at EML focusing on psychological injuries, and a Mental Health Professional with Sydney West Area Health Service, where Jenny provided comprehensive assessments and care plans. Throughout a diverse career, Jenny has excelled in fostering professional relationships, managing complex cases, and advocating for vulnerable populations, supported by a Master's degree in Social Work from Lancaster University.
