Laura May is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client experience, marketing, and business development within various organizations. Currently serving as the National Manager of Client Experience at Care Connect since June 2020, Laura has also held roles including Interim National Manager for Marketing & Communications and Manager of Product and Consumer Insights.
