Sarah Bucklar

Sarah has worked within the human services non-for-profit sector for over 20 years across many service areas. She is involved in community and residential settings, rural, regional, metro and remote locations and across the demographic in aged care, community health programs, and disability. Sarah is passionate and skilled in enabling person-centered principals and approaches to be integrated through an organisation’s culture, systems and processes to facilitate the actualisation of theory into practice. Sarah focuses on developing the team’s capability and nurturing collaboration to align with the common purpose of great outcomes for consumers and staff.
