Jeremy Stefanucci

Jeremy Stefanucci has a work experience that includes positions at Care Continuity and Tenet Healthcare. At Care Continuity, they started as a Program Manager in May 2017 and worked until March 2019. Jeremy then became a Director from March 2019 to November 2020. After that, they served as the Director of Implementation from November 2020 to February 2023. Currently, they hold the role of Client Executive, which they started in October 2022.
