Steven Mason

Steven Mason has an extensive work history in the healthcare industry. Starting in 1997, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Camelot Care Centers, Inc. From 2000 to 2006, they served as the CEO and Co-Founder of Qualifacts Systems, Inc. Following that, they co-founded OnFocus Healthcare, Inc. in 2007 and served as its CEO until 2014 when the company was acquired by MedeAnalytics. At MedeAnalytics, they held the role of SVP and GM of the EPM Business Unit from 2014 to 2017. Steven then joined ChartWise Medical Systems as the President and COO from 2017 to 2018 and later became the CEO and Board Director from 2018 to 2021. In 2021, they held the position of EVP of ChartWise at Iodine Software. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer at Care Continuity since January 2022 and became the Executive Chairman in April 2023. Additionally, they are also the Co-Managing Director at Empactful Capital LLC since 2020.

Steven Mason earned their High School Diploma from Montgomery Bell Academy in 1986. Steven went on to attend the University of Mississippi from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in History. Later, they pursued further education at Vanderbilt University from 1993 to 1995 and earned a Master's degree in Human Development Counseling/Organizational Development.
