CARE Counseling
Kaiya Ruff is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in counseling and support roles. Currently serving as a Mental Health Therapist at CARE Counseling since June 2022, Kaiya has previously held positions such as Graduate Assistant at the University of St. Thomas, where responsibilities included project management for MA Programs and communication with practicum placements. Practical training was gained as a Master's Practicum Student at the Interprofessional Center for Counseling and Legal Services and as a Program Administrator at Hybrid Counseling. Earlier roles include working as a Clinical Program Assistant at Fraser, Admissions Ambassador and Peer Mentor at Concordia College, Registered Behavior Technician at North Dakota Autism Center, and Youth Program Intern at CHARISM. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Music from Concordia College.
