Cheryl C. Gugliotta

Cheryl C. Gugliotta, QIDP, has extensive experience in providing care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and managing health programs. Currently a Care Manager at Care Design New York since September 2018, Cheryl also serves in dual roles as Respite Relief and Treatment Coordinator at SullivanArc since June 2013. Previous roles include Direct Support Professional Relief and House Manager at New Hope Community, Inc. and Catskill Regional Medical Center, respectively. Cheryl has demonstrated expertise in public health as a Public Health Representative II for the New York State Department of Health, overseeing STD and HIV contracts and ensuring compliance with state regulations. Cheryl's career in program administration began at the Sullivan County Federation for the Homeless, where responsibilities included grant writing, budget management, and community outreach. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government and a Master's degree in Sociology from SUNY New Paltz, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Paralegal studies.
