Steven Morgenstern

Steven Morgenstern, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Care Design New York since May 2018. Prior to this role, Steven was the Chief Talent Officer at Crystal Run Village, Inc. from April 2017 to May 2018, where responsibilities included leading the agency's Human Resources and Staff Development functions with a focus on a Person Centered approach. Steven's experience also encompasses over 17 years at YAI, initially as the Assistant Director of Human Resources and later as HR Manager, handling strategic planning, organizational development, and various HR functions for a large staff. Steven holds a Bachelor's degree from Purchase College, SUNY, and is pursuing SHRM-CP Certification at Pace University.
