Prof. Dr. Claudia Warning

Prof. Dr. Claudia Warning serves as Präsidentin at CARE Deutschland e.V. since December 2022 and has been a Professorin for applied development cooperation at Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg since July 2012. From May 2018 to March 2022, Claudia Warning held the position of Abteilungsleiterin at the Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung. Prior to this, from August 2005 to April 2018, Claudia Warning was a Vorstandsmitglied and led both international programs and domestic funding at Brot für die Welt. Claudia Warning earned a Diplom in Geography from The University of Bonn between 1982 and 1987.
