Johanna Lent

Johanna Lent's work experience begins in 1995 when they were a Staffing Representative at Fidelity Investments. Johanna later became a Sr. Human Resource Representative and then a Senior Business Analyst at the same company. In 2005, they worked as a Human Resource Consultant at Fidelity Investments. From 2010 to 2016, Johanna Lent served as an HRIS Consultant at Blue Marsh Consulting. Johanna then joined Care Dimensions in 2017, starting as the Director of HRIS & HR Operations and later becoming the Vice President & Chief People Officer.

Johanna Lent obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. Johanna specialized in the fields of Finance and Economics during their education, attending the institution from 1992 to 1996.
